Work Environment

Located in the heart of Long Beach, our rehabilitation center is designed to enable optimal recovery through a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. The full-time role involves working Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, where you will collaborate with a variety of healthcare professionals including occupational therapists, nurses, and administrative staff. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical condition, analyzing their functional abilities and health histories to identify unique rehabilitation needs.
• Create tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments, incorporating a variety of hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modality applications.
• Administer therapeutic treatment sessions, applying methods such as manual therapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and guided exercises to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Instruct patients on proper body mechanics, posture correction, and techniques for injury prevention, equipping them with the tools necessary for a successful recovery.
• Carefully monitor and document patient progress, adapting the treatment plans as needed to ensure the most effective path toward rehabilitation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and participate in treatment discussions to coordinate care interventions.
• Maintain organized and detailed patient records, documenting all treatment interventions and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients served at Revive Physical Therapy range from post-operative patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries to individuals dealing with chronic pain and mobility issues. We specialize in treating conditions such as back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, sprains, strains, fractures, and gait deficits. Your role will significantly impact each patient's journey toward recovery, assisting them in regaining their independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in physical therapy, with a focus on diverse conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Proficient in assessing and utilizing modern physical therapy practices and technologies.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
