Work Environment

The Physical Therapist role is based onsite at our modern rehabilitation center, where you will work in a collaborative and engaging environment. Our facility boasts various therapy spaces, allowing for diverse treatment modalities tailored to patients' unique needs. The work schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, fostering a balanced work-life dynamic while delivering vital therapeutic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their needs and set achievable recovery goals.
• Manage a personalized caseload of one patient per hour, providing dedicated attention to each individual's rehabilitation journey.
• Utilize a variety of treatment methodologies to design and implement effective care plans aimed at restoring motion and improving mobility.
• Incorporate non-surgical treatment options to minimize reliance on medications, exploring holistic approaches in therapy.
• Develop customized fitness and wellness programs focused on addressing each patient's specific requirements and improving overall well-being.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments comprehensively, maintaining clear communication with patients and other healthcare staff.
• Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, adjusting approaches as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their therapy sessions, emphasizing the importance of lifestyle changes to promote better health and recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
