Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, one-on-one patient care focusing on orthopedic, post-surgical, sports-related, and neurological rehabilitation, utilizing your expertise to tailor treatments to individual needs.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to establish detailed and achievable treatment goals, ensuring each plan is specific to the patient's functional requirements.
• Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans that actively involve patients in their own recovery process and address both short-term improvements and long-term rehabilitation strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other specialists, to coordinate care and ensure seamless communication throughout the treatment continuum.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques, injury prevention strategies, and exercises to enhance at-home recovery efforts, thereby fostering patient independence.
• Engage in professional development activities by attending workshops, participating in mentorship programs, and pursuing continuing education opportunities to stay updated with industry advancements.

Qualifications
