Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' abilities and limitations to create tailored treatment plans targeting their specific orthopedic needs.
• Manage a patient schedule with the goal of one patient per hour while providing full attention to each individual's treatment process.
• Utilize a variety of treatment modalities and techniques to implement effective care plans, ensuring alignment with best practices in orthopedic therapy.
• Establish fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' health objectives, focusing on enhancing movement and functionality.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring comprehensive record-keeping in accordance with HIPAA regulations and practice standards.
• Monitor patient progress, assess treatment efficacy, and modify interventions as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey, fostering an environment of encouragement and positivity.
• Consult and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and holistic patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on orthopedic rehabilitation, targeting a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from sports injuries, post-surgical patients, and those managing chronic conditions affecting mobility. Your role will be to partner with these patients, guiding them back to their functional best through personalized therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Cleans record with no disciplinary actions or board certifications affecting your licensing.
• Strong foundation in manual therapy techniques, with demonstrated skill and knowledge in therapeutic practices.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Proven ability to develop and lead individualized exercise programs that address specific rehabilitation goals.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) system, preferably WebPT, to ensure seamless documentation and communication.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience, alongside comprehensive benefits. Our benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, continuing education stipends, and retirement plans.
