Work Environment

The selected Physical Therapist will work onsite in a fully-equipped rehabilitation facility, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes occupational therapists, physical therapy aides, and administrative staff. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and identify specific limitations and functional impairments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique challenges, incorporating various therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and therapeutic exercises.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques such as soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, and specialized stretching protocols to alleviate pain and improve patients' functional mobility.
• Guide patients through customized exercise regimens aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, and overall coordination.
• Document patient progress meticulously by maintaining detailed records, including evaluations, treatment protocols, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on outpatient rehabilitation, serving a diverse population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will play a vital role in improving their quality of life and helping them regain mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapist License in the State of California is required.
• Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy role, ideally within an outpatient or private practice setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and clinical reasoning.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 per year, based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
