Key Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care in alignment with the treatment plans prescribed by referring physicians and state-authorized practitioners.
• Conduct thorough evaluations using a variety of assessment techniques to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment programs aimed at achieving specific patient goals, employing evidence-based practices.
• Monitor patient progress, making real-time modifications to treatment plans based on observations of patient tolerance and status.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care activities in accordance with departmental policies, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives by participating in chart reviews and contributing to departmental activities aimed at enhancing care delivery.
• Collaborate in family meetings and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our rehabilitation center serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and neurological disorders. As a Physical Therapist, your expertise will support these patients on their journey to recovery, helping them regain mobility, strength, and independence.

Qualifications

• A valid California Physical Therapy license in good standing is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

• Expertise in utilizing therapeutic techniques and modalities tailored to individual patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
