As a Physical Therapist at Phoenix Physical Therapy, you will work onsite in patients' homes throughout Torrance and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Administer direct patient care based on a physician's or authorized practitioner's prescription, ensuring adherence to all treatment protocols.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific rehabilitation goals, utilizing the latest evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
• Respond to emergency situations following established procedures to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in family meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment modifications.

This position serves a diverse range of patients requiring rehabilitation due to orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and post-surgical recovery among others. You will be responsible for addressing varied mobility challenges, promoting functional independence, and ensuring that each patient receives compassionate and personalized care tailored to their specific situation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current California State licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation setting, preferably in home care.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage patient caseload effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health care or community-based rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits
