Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions and functional abilities using standardized assessment tools and techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals, ensuring integration of evidence-based practices.
• Utilize hands-on therapeutic techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as electrical stimulation and hot/cold therapy to alleviate pain and restore functionality.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding proper body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and home exercises.
• Monitor patient progress throughout treatment, adjusting therapies as necessary to facilitate optimal recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated and integrated patient care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient assessments, treatment interventions, and outcomes to comply with regulatory standards and provide a clear treatment history.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred but not mandatory.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a setting involving home care or outpatient therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
