Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist with Body Rehab Solutions, you will work in a unique home care setting, offering an intimate and personalized approach to physical rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized physical therapy treatment programs in the patient's home, adhering to established legal and ethical standards.
• Conduct detailed assessments of patients' physical capabilities, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and execute personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments, collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.
• Implement and modify therapy interventions that focus on patient goals, ensuring continual progress and engagement.
• Provide education and instruction to patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and home therapy techniques to enhance recovery outside of formal therapy sessions.
• Evaluate outcomes of interventions and adjust care plans as necessary to optimize patient recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and share relevant information with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Prioritize and manage a diverse caseload while coordinating daily staffing needs and patient assignments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists work with a broad range of patients, from pediatrics to adults, each with unique rehabilitation needs. You will be involved in the recovery process for individuals post-surgery, injury rehabilitation, and managing chronic conditions. Serving patients in their own homes allows you to observe and adapt treatment to their real-life surroundings, ensuring the best possible therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license and qualifications in accordance with state regulations.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
