Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, medical history, and orthopedic conditions to establish a baseline for treatment.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with our patients' health goals, incorporating evidence-based practices to ensure the most effective recovery.
• Utilize hands-on therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, joint mobilization, and therapeutic exercises tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Educate patients and their families on best practices for injury prevention, ergonomics, and at-home exercise regimens to promote self-management.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, revising treatment plans as necessary to enhance recovery based on objective measures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive patient care that addresses both immediate rehabilitation needs and long-term health outcomes.
• Maintain an organized record of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress assessments to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay updated with current research and advancements in orthopedic therapies to integrate the latest findings into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in California or the eligibility to obtain licensure.

Compensation and Benefits
