Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations through detailed assessments, including functional movement analysis and strength testing.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans addressing individual patient needs, with a focus on achieving measurable progress toward rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of hands-on techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities like ultrasound or electrical stimulation to alleviate pain and promote recovery.
• Provide ongoing education to patients regarding anatomy, body mechanics, and prevention techniques to equip them with the knowledge to stay active and avoid re-injury.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on their evolving needs while documenting interventions and outcomes with precision.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, occupational therapists, and other medical specialists to ensure holistic care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain organized and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
