Qualifications & Skills:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored physical therapy sessions to a middle school student identified on your caseload

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educational staff
• Maintain detailed and compliant records of evaluations, sessions, and student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to support the student’s educational journey
