Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee individualized therapeutic programs based on the latest research and clinical guidelines.
• Utilize a variety of modalities and therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each patient.
• Provide education and training to patients and their families, ensuring understanding of their rehabilitation process and empowering them in their recovery journey.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes meticulously using electronic health records, coordinating effectively with other health care professionals.
• Maintain a positive patient experience by delivering excellent customer service and contributing to the clinic's overall effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA or CAPTE-approved program.

• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for patient interaction and teamwork.
• Proficient in word processing and other computer applications relevant to clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in orthopedic physical therapy, sports medicine, or pediatric rehabilitation will find their skills particularly valued in our practice.
