Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations, interpreting examination findings to formulate effective rehabilitation plans.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with individual patient goals, age, medical history, and functional capacities.
• Engage in regular communication with patients and their families, providing education on therapies, expected outcomes, and self-management strategies for continued improvement.
• Document all patient interactions and progress accurately, adhering to regulatory, payer, and accrediting standards to maintain compliance and continuity of care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to optimize patient treatment and facilitate holistic recovery processes.
• Provide hands-on therapy, utilizing evidence-based exercises tailored to patients' specific needs and conditions by employing methods that target pain relief and functional restoration.
• Maintain the clinic's resources and equipment, ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment conducive to patient healing and professional teamwork.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in good standing issued by the State of California.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation software, ensuring efficient patient management.
• Experience in developing training materials and involvement in clinical audits is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $125,000 per year commensurate with experience, alongside a robust benefits package.
