We are actively seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Practice at Gotham Enterprises Ltd. We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation and are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities that cover 5000 square feet, specifically designed for sports medicine. Our dedicated team of healthcare professionals, which includes two skilled physical therapists and a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Work Environment

This role is an onsite position, providing you with invaluable face-to-face interaction with both patients and fellow healthcare professionals. Located within a vibrant rehabilitation center, you will work in modern treatment rooms and have access to the latest equipment and therapies dedicated to orthopedic care. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, creating a balanced work experience conducive to professional growth and patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' needs by identifying their goals and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, fostering a focused and effective therapeutic environment.
• Deliver high-quality care by employing diverse treatment techniques that enhance functional mobility and independence.
• Design, implement, and adjust customized fitness and wellness programs aimed at addressing patients' unique health challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and document patient progress meticulously to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to help them overcome challenges.
• Promote lifestyle changes that enhance strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly to refine and improve care plans as needed.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients seeking orthopedic rehabilitation, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our practice caters to individuals with private medical insurance; therefore, you will be working with a clientele dedicated to improving their health and quality of life through active participation in their rehabilitation programs.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in California is required, free of any board actions or disciplinary measures.
• Demonstrated expertise in manual therapy techniques and a solid grasp of exercise prescription.
• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, notably WebPT, to maintain accurate and organized patient records.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred.
• Hands-on experience working with diverse populations and varied injury profiles will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
