Work Environment

The work schedule is typically Monday to Friday, from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition and develop individualized care plans that align with their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and monitor progress throughout the continuum of care.
• Work in collaboration with physicians and the broader care team to ensure a cohesive approach to patient therapy and recovery.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on improving patients' mobility and function through tailored exercises and the use of therapeutic devices.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, therapeutic techniques, and the use of assistive devices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient treatment plans and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Adapt therapeutic techniques in response to patient feedback to optimize rehabilitation outcomes and overall patient experience.
• Support patient discharge planning and transition to home care or outpatient services when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
