Work Environment

Our modern outpatient office is designed to foster innovation and efficiency, ensuring that you have access to the latest therapeutic equipment and technologies. The office operates during weekdays, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured but dynamic setting that allows for focused patient interactions and professional development. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to design individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, averaging one patient per hour while providing high-quality care.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at improving motion, mobility, and overall quality of life.
• Develop comprehensive care plans that integrate diverse therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Document patient interactions meticulously to ensure continuity of care and compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and the importance of participation in their therapy.
• Encourage a proactive approach to health through fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and address all aspects of a patient's recovery.
• Motivate patients throughout their recovery journey to help them achieve their functional goals and maintain a positive outlook.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult clients recovering from orthopedic conditions. Our patient population includes those experiencing post-operative recovery, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, and other mobility-related challenges. We emphasize a personalized care approach, understanding that each patient has unique needs and recovery goals. Your role is crucial in empowering patients to regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in California, with no board actions or disciplinary measures on record.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation practices.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT or similar platforms, is a plus.

Preferred Experience

• Previous work experience specifically in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desired.
• Expertise in developing exercise regimens tailored to patients' needs and goals.
• A strong focus on client engagement, motivation, and education throughout the therapy process.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your overall well-being.
