Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full‑time hybrid role based in West Palm Beach, FL, with limited work‑from‑home flexibility. This role involves identifying, recruiting and nurturing new business opportunities with expansion openings for representatives in Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and South Brevard counties, managing existing client relationships, and promoting office equipment, networking, IT, and document solutions. Daily tasks include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing and delivering proposals, coordinating product demonstrations, and following up on leads to close deals. The specialist will collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, maintain CRM records, and provide input on market trends and client needs. The role also includes providing training and product knowledge support to clients and internal team members to ensure effective use of solutions and high satisfaction. Experience in our industry will result in a guaranteed 25% minimum income increase per client. Qualifications Strong New Contact generation along with Communication skills for presentations, client interactions, and cross‑functional collaboration. Customer Service skills to build long‑term relationships, handle inquiries, and resolve issues effectively. Proven Industry Sales abilities, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing. Experience in Training clients or team members on products, services, and processes. Exposure to Sales Management or coordinating sales activities, generating sales pipelines, and reporting is beneficial. Understanding of office printing/scanning equipment, networking, IT services, or related technology solutions is a plus. Comfort using CRM tools, basic office software, and digital communication platforms. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and travel locally to client sites as needed.
