Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensures that all shifts are covered based on schedule/census and call-ins/scheduled vacations, etc.
• Corrects missed punches, errors, expunges occurrence points when necessary.
• Reviews, corrects, and approves bi-weekly nursing payroll ensuring that the submission is accurate.
• Monitors requests for time off and approves/denies based on coverage and paid time off available
• Manages requests for transfers of work location/shifts along with nurse management to ensure all units are appropriately staffed.
• Schedules transportation arrangements for residents as notified by nursing, to include arranging for the resident to be accompanied by a SRNA

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a long-term care environment and/or scheduler position. 3 years preferred.
• Active KY Nursing License

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
