Job Description

• • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any variances promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and contracts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Support procurement processes, including vendor selection and material purchasing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making during project execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

• A background in construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A detail-oriented approach to managing project documentation.
