```Duties```- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system- Schedule appointments and manage calendars- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the organization- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing

```Qualifications```- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in an office or receptionist role preferred- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of chiropractic, dental or medical office procedures is a plus

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
