Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Recent experience providing speech-language services in a school environment preferred
• Background in evaluation, treatment planning, and therapy for K-12 students
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with general and special education staff, parents, and administrators

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy for a diverse K-12 caseload, adapting interventions as needed
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Work closely with educators and families to support student learning and communication goals
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to support overall student development
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging environment that helps students achieve their communication potential
