Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Recent experience working with children in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload
• Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive environment for all students

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
• Maintain thorough documentation on student progress and meet compliance requirements
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to support student academic and personal growth
• Provide guidance to classroom staff and families regarding student needs and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students with communication challenges
