Pharmacy Partner Coordinator Pharmacy Operations

Oxford Solutions is hiring a Pharmacy Partner Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with a healthcare services organization in Robinson Township, Pittsburgh, PA. This is a fully onsite role supporting pharmacy partners and internal teams to ensure timely shipment processing, accurate billing resolution, and effective incident management.

Location: Onsite Robinson Township, Pittsburgh, PA Schedule: 10:00am6:00pm or 12:00pm8:00pm EST, plus rotating Saturdays (9:00am5:00pm EST)

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for external pharmacy partners regarding billing, shipping, and operational inquiries
• Manage shipping escalations, reshipments, and pending orders to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with pharmacists and internal teams to resolve billing, clinical, and inventory issues
• Investigate and manage patient and pharmacy-reported incidents, including required documentation and reporting
• Maintain accurate shipment records and confirm routing and delivery details
• Review daily reports and identify opportunities to improve logistics and workflow efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience, including third-party claims resolution
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical aptitude; experience with Google Suite preferred
• Prior mentoring or training experience is a plus
