Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Guaranteed starting at $425,000 annually, with productivity incentives
• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
• Residency/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month (for recent grads)
• Loan Assistance: $125,000 over 6 years

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in outpatient clinics and hospital settings
• Manage a diverse patient panel, including prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecological care
• Conduct inpatient hospital rounds; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotic-assisted procedures
• Perform ultrasounds, colposcopies, and urodynamics in dedicated procedure rooms
• Support and mentor advanced practice providers and staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outreach programs

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Missouri Medical License or eligibility
• Proven clinical skills in women's health, prenatal, delivery, and surgical care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
