Role Description
En Initium Software buscamos un Product Specialist - CMS para liderar la adopción y optimización de la plataforma Contentful en entornos corporativos globales. Tu misión sera actuar como puente estratégico entre los equipos de negocio, producto e ingeniería, garantizando la habilitación de herramientas, la gestión del backlog y el despliegue exitoso de capacidades de contenido a nivel internacional.
- Proporcionar soporte de primer nivel a los equipos de contenido de mercado que utilizan la plataforma Contentful CMS.
- Impartir formaciones, talleres y coaching continuo a autores y editores de contenido.
- Recopilar y coordinar requisitos de negocio, peticiones de mejora y prioridades del backlog junto a Product Owners e ingeniería.
- Liderar actividades de despliegue de Headless CMS, asegurando la preparación operativa, la adopción y la gestión del cambio.
- Crear y mantener documentación de usuario, artículos de conocimiento y buenas practicas de gobernanza de contenido.
Qualifications
- Más de 10 años de experiencia trabajando con Contentful u otras plataformas de Headless CMS.
- Sólida comprensión de operaciones de contenido, modelado de contenido y flujos de publicación web.
- Experiencia contrastada en entornos Agile gestionando backlogs con herramientas como Jira.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, gestión de stakeholders y capacitación de usuarios.
- Nivel de inglés avanzado (C1) indispensable para coordinación multimercado.
Requirements
- Has participado en programas de migración, transformación o implementación de arquitectura Headless.
- Cuentas con experiencia en Digital Asset Management (DAM) y gobernanza de contenidos a escala empresarial.
- Posees conocimientos en APIs, GraphQL y conceptos modernos de composable architecture.
- Te apasiona aprender, compartir ideas y evolucionar junto al equipo.
