Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As a State Farm team member for Link Insurance Agency Inc, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. Responsibilities Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Requirements Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Self-motivated Ability to multi-task Bilingual - Spanish preferred Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year My Team's Mission Is To Help People Manage The Risks Of Everyday Life, Recover From The Unexpected And Realize Their Dreams. We Are Located In Pelham, NY And Help Customers With Their Insurance And Financial Services Needs, Including Auto insurance Home insurance Life insurance Retirement planning State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees. By accepting this position, you are not guaranteed an agency position with State Farm Insurance Companies. As an agent team member, you will still need to go through the regular State Farm agent selection process when you are ready to pursue an agency opportunity.
