Corporate Finance Manager

This opportunity is with a private equity-backed, multi-s ite organization seeking a Finance Manager to join its corporate finance team. The Finance Manager serves as a strategic business partner to Finance Leadership and operational teams, supporting financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business performance analysis across multiple entities and departments. This role is responsible for delivering actionable financial insights, developing financial models, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and partnering with operational leaders to drive informed decision-making and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Finance leadership and operational stakeholders to drive strategic and day-to-day business initiatives. Prepare, validate, and distribute accurate and timely financial reporting packages for executive and leadership review. Evaluate financial performance, including trends, key drivers, and variances, to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts using financial planning and forecasting tools. Facilitate or support recurring financial review sessions with business unit and functional leaders. Develop financial models and pro forma analyses to assess new initiatives, service offerings, and operational changes. Build and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational levels. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to support sound decision-making. Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required. Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate or operational finance roles. Experience in healthcare services is considered an asset. Strong knowledge of: Financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and intercompany reporting) Budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and GAAP principles Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial planning tools (e.g., Solver or similar platforms). Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work through complex and ambiguous situations while driving clarity and alignment.
