You can’t help but notice bad media placements or targeting in your day to day life (and you might have sent a DM to an account recommending a change to their frequency). You would jump at the chance to help develop paid media strategy for brands that are disrupting their space. Working with internal teams and clients is part of your bread and butter and you can always get everyone on the same side. You’ve lead a team managing campaigns with significant budget across search, social, display and more. You love having the challenge of launching new things, testing out channels and tactics head to head, and keeping up to date on the latest industry trends. What You'll Need: 7+ years of experience in a Paid Media role 2+ years in a people management role (skip-level management preferred) Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience Must be strategic and creative, with strong managerial skills Experience developing and reporting paid media strategies for mid-large size companies and brands Experience clearly and effectively presenting strategic plans, analysis, findings and recommendations to C-level executives and stakeholders Must be very detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills What You'll Do: Work closely with VP, Integrated Marketing, Paid Media team, and Client Services team to understand clients' objectives and translate them into paid media strategies and tactics Balance the Paid Media team workload through client assignment, task delegation, and resourcing decisions Drive the Paid Media team's progress toward the company's business priorities Lead and provide oversight for client Paid Media planning, research, and analysis Act as the lead and primary contact for assigned clients on their paid media campaigns Manage and provide oversight for paid media campaigns across various ad platforms Ensure all media buys are properly set up within the various platforms and tools Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure proper tracking, attribution, testing, and monitor campaign performance Deliver and provide oversight for clear and actionable performance reporting Work with internal teams to ensure ads, landing pages, and measurement plans meet campaign objectives Provide strategic and fresh thinking to your clients and internal teams *This position follows a hybrid work schedule and is based at our headquarters in San Diego, CA. We are also open to fully remote candidates located in the PST or MT time zones* *The final salary may vary based on experience, skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations* This range may differ based on your geographic location, cost of living considerations, and individual experience and skill set.
