Montgomery, AL - On-site
Take ownership of the full accounting function at a single facility where your work directly impacts operations each week. This is a high-visibility role designed for someone ready to step away from corporate layers and settle into a hands-on position with real influence.

What You'll Be Doing

Run weekly payroll and submit to corporate
Oversee AR, AP, and cash management
Handle month-end close and reporting
Analyze variances and provide financial insight
Support inventory and reconciliation processes
Act as on-site contact for HR-related matters

What You'll Need to be Considered

Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis
Strong ERP experience with ability to learn quickly
Experience handling payroll in hourly environments
Ability to operate independently in a facility setting
Discretion handling sensitive employee matters
