Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of Executive Support / Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment Strong Microsoft Intune administration experience, including device enrollment, compliance, and endpoint management Office 365 administration experience with user management, licensing, and troubleshooting PowerShell scripting experience for automation, system administration, and operational efficiency Experience supporting Windows 11 environments and Microsoft Autopilot deployments Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user provisioning and identity management Experience with patch management and endpoint security best practices Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience supporting Windows devices and iPhones/iPads Excellent communication and customer service skills with experience supporting executive-level users

Job DescriptionThis individual will provide advanced executive and end-user support for the company's headquarters environment, serving as a key escalation point for technical issues involving Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and Office 365. They will manage and administer Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID, and endpoint management solutions while ensuring devices remain secure, compliant, and up to date through effective patch management practices. The role will support a small group of executives and marketing users with white-glove technical assistance across laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration technologies. Additionally, the consultant will leverage PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks, improve operational efficiency, and support ongoing endpoint modernization initiatives. This is a highly visible, customer-facing position requiring strong technical expertise, professionalism, and executive presence.
