About Farmers D20
Farmers D20 is a high-performing Farmers Insurance district dedicated to developing insurance professionals through comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support.
We work with motivated individuals who are interested in building a rewarding career in the insurance industry while helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most. Our district provides the resources, coaching, and professional development opportunities needed to help individuals succeed and grow within the Farmers Insurance network.
The Opportunity
Farmers D20 is seeking motivated, relationship-focused professionals interested in pursuing a career in insurance sales and client relationship management.
In this role, you will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to assess insurance needs, provide coverage solutions, and build long-term client relationships. You will develop your sales skills, expand your professional network, and gain valuable experience within a respected insurance organization.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, building relationships, and working in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Development
Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
Recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
Provide ongoing customer support and policy reviews
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Business Development
Generate new business through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community involvement
Develop relationships within the local community
Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients
Promote a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
Professional Development
Participate in training programs and mentorship opportunities
Develop product knowledge and industry expertise
Learn agency operations and client service best practices
Work closely with district leadership and experienced insurance professionals
Qualifications
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Professional and customer-focused mindset
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Preferred
Sales experience
Customer service experience
Insurance industry experience
Leadership or business development experience
Insurance experience is not required.
Candidates must be willing to obtain any required insurance licenses. Guidance and support are provided throughout the licensing process.
