Key Responsibilities of the RN - ED

• Deliver expert nursing care to a diverse patient population in the ED
• Stabilize trauma patients and manage respiratory, stroke, and acute MI cases
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and administer medications including critical care drips and TNK/TPA
• Perform PIV starts and conscious sedation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards

Requirements of the RN - ED

• Valid RN license
• Minimum 2 years of ED experience
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and CPI
• TNCC certification preferred
