Job Description: Sales Manager KCTC is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help drive the next stage of our growth. As Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role in developing and executing sales strategies, growing our customer base, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving revenue objectives. You’ll lead, coach, and motivate our sales team while working closely with other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on sales leader who can turn market opportunities and customer insights into measurable business results. What You Will Do: Develop and execute sales strategies designed to achieve revenue and growth goals. Lead, coach, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed performance targets. Partner with our front office and customer-facing teams to strengthen sales skills and customer engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, clients, and business partners. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base. Negotiate contracts, develop proposals, and close new business. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for senior management. Monitor sales metrics, market trends, and profitability to identify opportunities and adjust strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader company objectives. Mentor team members and support their professional development and success. Stay informed about industry trends, technology, and innovations to maintain a competitive advantage. Ensure sales activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations. Use customer feedback and market insights to recommend new products and service offerings. Work with industry consultants and telecommunications organizations to stay informed and support regulatory compliance. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities. Strong business and analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions. Experience working with CRM systems and sales performance metrics. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent organization and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
