I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in sales and mortgage lending, where I built a strong foundation in customer relationships and financial services. I enjoy helping people, developing my team, and creating opportunities for others to grow.

Giving back is an important part of our agency. I participate in community service projects at least once a month and enjoy staying actively involved in supporting the local community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Hollie Allen - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
