Marketing Manager, VELYS Power

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Marketing Manager for Global Growth Marketing to lead downstream marketing strategies and lifecycle management for the VELYS Power orthopedic portfolio. The role drives commercialization, portfolio optimization, and profitable growth across multiple business units in orthopedics.
Responsibilities
- Lead downstream marketing strategies, annual plans, and commercial programs for portfolio growth and profitability
- Own lifecycle management and portfolio optimization initiatives including product transitions and end-of-life planning
- Assess market research and competitive dynamics to prioritize investments and improve business performance
- Lead commercialization and launch execution for new products and externally sourced technologies
- Partner with regional and local teams on customer conversion, demand generation, and pricing strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Healthcare
- Minimum 5 years progressive marketing, product management, or commercialization experience
- Experience in downstream marketing, lifecycle management, or capital equipment marketing
- Strong commercial, analytical, and financial acumen with business planning expertise
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Medical device, orthopedic, or healthcare industry experience preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 25% including operating room and cadaver lab environments
