Marketing Manager, Velys Spine Robotics- Downstream

Responsibilities
- Execute North America commercialization and launch strategies for VELYS Spine platform
- Build relationships with surgeons and key opinion leaders through advisory boards and customer engagement
- Lead demand generation, field enablement, and go-to-market messaging workstreams
- Create sales tools, marketing collateral, education programs, and field communications
- Monitor market performance and competitive activity; recommend growth acceleration actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; postgraduate qualification in related field preferred
- 5+ years marketing, product management, strategy, or related discipline experience
- Medical device, orthopaedic spine, or surgical technology experience
- Experience with robotics, navigation, or digital surgical technologies
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to gather and translate customer and market insights into strategy
