Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $16.00 per hour
• Shift: 2nd Shift (with flexibility for daily overtime and occasional weekends as needed)

Key Responsibilities

• Load and feed raw materials (including team-lifting large bales of leaves onto conveyors) for the extraction process.
• Document crucial production details related to raw material handling.
• Inspect materials and equipment to ensure baseline quality and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness by regularly cleaning work areas and machinery to keep the facility safe.
• Support the team by tackling other production duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Physical Agility: Comfortable with regular climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping.
• Strength & Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and engage in continuous walking throughout the facility.
• Environment: Willingness to work both indoors and outside under varying weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, dry, windy).
• Acuity & Focus: Good visual acuity to accurately record company data and documentation.
