Salary: 60,000 - 62,000 DOE

Seeking an Operations Manager for Charter Transportation. Brilliant Charters/ Sam's Limousine Austin is an Austin TX based Charter Bus company running 56 Passenger MCI Motor coaches. Applicants must posses a CDL with passenger endorsement and be willing to be on call and work weekends as needed.

Qualifications for the Role ***PLEASE READ*** Do not proceed with your application if you are not open to and capable of handling diverse shifts. The applicant must demonstrate flexibility in working all shifts, possess multitasking skills, adeptly manage a high volume of concurrent phone calls, and exhibit proficiency in computer operations. Meticulous task execution and follow-through are of utmost importance. Experience in the transportation passenger sector is mandatory. Competence in computer literacy is indispensable.

Operations Manager will oversee all operations related functions:

1. Hiring/ Managing/ Terminating Drivers
2. Managing dispatchers to ensure trips are completed effectively
3. Schedule and coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance
4. Managing office and Bus yard maintenance, repairs and cleanilness
5. Managing onsite and off-site fueling
   
6. Address drivers' operational and concerns
7. Assists in monitoring driver rotations, pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
8. Vigilantly tracks driver service hours, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory mandates, in real-time.
9. Proposes enhancements to operational processes
10. Covers shifts when there is a shortage of drivers
    

Job Type: Full-time and In Office

Pay: $60k - 62k Yearly
