About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Client Success for Communications. This executive will be responsible for leading a specialized client portfolio, nurturing relationships, and growing a profitable book of business. The role requires a visionary with a deep understanding of the modern customer experience landscape, operational excellence, and the ability to anticipate and meet client business needs. The successful candidate will have full P&L responsibility, develop and execute business strategies, and ensure alignment between the company's objectives and client requirements. Building and sustaining both internal and external relationships, as well as collaborating with other client portfolio leaders, are key aspects of the position. Candidates for this role should have at least 15 years of business leadership experience, preferably in the customer experience industry, and a sophisticated understanding of the sales process, contact center operations, and financial metrics. The VP will be expected to be a problem solver, influence and manage in a matrix organization, and have a proven track record of serving large, complex clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a creative problem solver, and a collaborative leader who can excite and galvanize teams. The role is pivotal in ensuring the company's growth and financial performance while maintaining a strong focus on client success and satisfaction.
