Sr. Accounting Manager

Overview Now Hiring: Accounting Leader – Equity-Based Compensation (Hybrid – Chicago) What You’ll Do Own end-to-end accounting for share-based & incentive compensation, including journal entries, expense recognition, and intercompany transactions Lead complex analysis, reconciliations, trend reviews, and management reporting Oversee budgeting/forecasting (US GAAP) and support IFRS reporting & financial disclosures Partner with auditors and SOX teams to ensure compliance and strong internal controls Collaborate cross-functionally (HR, Tax, Accounting, international teams) to ensure accurate, compliant reporting Identify process improvements using tools like Alteryx & Tableau Manage 1 direct report Qualifications Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance + CPA required 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (multi-national experience preferred) Strong financial reporting, consolidation, and data analysis skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Hybrid – 3 days/week in Chicago office #J-18808-Ljbffr
