Help Lead and Grow a Successful Home Services BusinessMr. Handyman is seeking an experienced Office/Operations Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our growing business. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, improving processes, analyzing business performance, and helping a company achieve its growth goals.The Operations Manager will work directly with ownership and play a key role in overseeing office operations, customer service, scheduling, team performance, and business growth.ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations and administrative functionsLead and support office staff to ensure exceptional customer serviceAnswer and manage incoming customer calls and scheduling requestsMonitor and analyze key business metrics and performance indicatorsTrack lead flow, booking rates, close rates, revenue, profitability, and other operational KPIsAssist with business development initiatives and growth strategiesIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfactionCoordinate communication between customers, technicians, and office staffAssist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee developmentDevelop and maintain systems and processes that support company growthQualifications3-5+ years of Office Management, Operations Management, or Business Management experience requiredProven leadership and team management experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience reviewing and managing business performance metrics and KPIsExcellent communication and customer service skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailProficient with Microsoft Office and business software platformsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience in home services, construction, trades, or service-based businesses is preferredWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a motivated leader who wants more than just a job.
