Vice President of OperationsWe are looking to add an experienced Vice President of Operations in Pennsylvania. As the Vice President of Operations, you will have the opportunity to become a proactive leader, providing direction for an assigned region.Planning and executing account development and operational activities related to the retention, expansion, and client satisfaction of all business for your assigned region. Ensuring that company strategy and direction is communicated to and understood by all staff in the region. Providing leadership and direction to regional management. Achieving budgeted client retention for the region. Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Must-haves: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 10 years of foodservice experience and knowledge of foodservice and federal regulations. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge and comfort with all Microsoft Office software products, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
