Training, Policy, and SharePoint Coordinator Department: California Department of Public Health – Program Support Division Classification: Analyst II $6,031.00 - $7,547.00 per month Location: Hybrid (Telework allowed; primary residency required in California) Position Type: 12‑month limited term, full time (possible extension or permanent) Working Conditions: Telework possible. Travel may be required. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the Program Support Division (PSD) training activities.
• Develop training materials, including presentations and written resources.
• Manage PSD SharePoint and intranet content and maintain site functionality.
• Liaise with subject‑matter experts to schedule logistics for training sessions.
• Disseminate training opportunities to PSD staff and provide timely updates.
• Conduct research and analysis to support training development and assess training effectiveness.
• Compile and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual training assessment reports to inform future training needs.
• Assist with Operational Support Services (OSS) project and process improvement efforts.

Minimum Qualifications Complete knowledge and experience of State contracts and procurement. Capacity to develop, update, and deliver training presentations and materials. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Excellent communication, judgment, and customer‑service orientation. Proficiency in managing SharePoint and intranet resources. Desired Qualifications Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively. Strong attendance and dependability. Experience in delivering training and working with internal and external customers. Knowledge of State contracts and procurement (additional).
