Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Current teaching certification specific to SLP roles
• Experience working with school-aged children is highly preferred
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational skills with a passion for helping students succeed

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students from diverse backgrounds
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) targeting communication goals
• Provide direct therapeutic interventions tailored to each student’s needs, individually and in small group settings
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with school district and state requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing actionable insights and championing student success
• Communicate effectively with families and staff to ensure consistent support and progress
