The Division of Endocrinology at Albany Medical College is recruiting for an Academic Endocrinologist at the Assistant/Associate Professor level. The role involves active clinical care and education of students, residents and fellows. Responsibilities Participate in bimonthly multidisciplinary conferences (thyroid, pituitary, pathology) Provide exposure to a wide variety of endocrinopathies as part of a tertiary referral center Collaborate with a strong diabetes education team, including Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (CDCES) Utilize an ultrasonography suite for thyroid ultrasounds and FNAs Emphasize a collegial environment focused on multidisciplinary approaches to patient care and research Teach medical students, residents, and fellows Opportunity to work in specific areas of endocrinology (thyroid, pituitary, diabetes, transgender medicine) if interested Qualifications MD/DO or equivalent with board certification/board eligibility in Endocrinology Strong commitment to education and teaching Prepared to work in a team-oriented, multidisciplinary environment Competitive salary range $200,000-$220,000 with incentive bonus opportunity Interested candidates should submit a cover letter and CV to Physician Recruitment at Albany Medical College.
