Wings of Hope is seeking a President to lead a distinctive, mission‑driven organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. Founded in 1963 and headquartered at Spirit of St. Louis Airport, Wings of Hope has spent more than 60 years turning volunteer skill into life‑changing care through three core programs: free medical air transport for patients facing financial or logistical barriers to specialized health care, global humanitarian aviation partnerships, and a SOAR into STEM education program inspiring the next generation of aviation professionals. The organization is powered by 15 staff and approximately 260 volunteers, including retired and military pilots, mechanics, avionics specialists, and medical professionals. The next President will report to the Board of Directors and carry full responsibility for leadership, strategy, fundraising, and operations. Key priorities include growing fundraising capacity, developing a fleet renewal strategy, strengthening volunteer engagement, and providing the inspiring, long‑term leadership this community is ready for.
