Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold a current Physical Therapy license valid in Oregon
• Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children, preferably in early intervention or early childhood special education settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Skilled in consulting with educators and other professionals to develop and adjust treatment plans
• Independent, organized, and comfortable traveling between locations within the service area

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized physical therapy services to early childhood students, primarily through home-based sessions
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and adapt plans as needed to promote optimal student outcomes
• Provide limited consultative support to Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) programs, collaborating as part of a broader service team
