Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state employees
• Serve as the primary administrator for payroll and HRIS systems
• Ensure payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and timely wage payments
• Generate payroll, labor, and compliance reporting for leadership
• Manage payroll audits, reconciliations, garnishments, and year-end processing
• Partner with HR and IT on HRIS enhancements, integrations, and system upgrades

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of payroll experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
• Strong hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll platforms (ADP, UKG, Workday, Paycom, Ceridian, or similar)
• Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing, payroll taxes, and compliance regulations
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills with a process-improvement mindset
• CPP certification preferred but not required

Preferred Background

• Experience managing payroll for 300+ employees
• Strong understanding of HRIS data management, system implementations, and reporting analytics
• Ability to troubleshoot payroll and HRIS issues while providing exceptional internal customer support
