NOW HIRING: MAINTENANCE MANAGER Lake Worth, FL 33467 Salary: $56,160 + Cell Phone Allowance Schedule: Monday – Friday WHAT YOU’LL DO: Perform general maintenance and repairs Light electrical work, lighting replacement & timer adjustments Preventative maintenance inspections & scheduling Pressure washing & aestheticupkeep Light painting, stucco repair & masonry work Maintain tools, supplies & equipment inventory Conduct HOA property inspections Coordinate with vendors and contractors Assist with clubhouse event setup/takedown Respond to maintenance concerns professionally and efficiently Be available for on‑call emergencies when needed PROPERTY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Buildings Sidewalks Parks & common areas Parking lot & walkway lighting Perimeter walls Mechanical equipment systems WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: High School Diploma or equivalent Previous maintenance experience REQUIRED Strong communication & organizational skills Basic internet and computer proficiency Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Ability to lift at least 30 lbs Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
